Kurt A. Smemo, assistant professor of environmental studies and sciences, published the article 鈥溾�� in the November issue of the journal Water Research.
Joan Ann Swanson, assistant professor and associate chair in the Department of Education Studies, and Mary Ellen Towne, lecturer in education studies and director of the Early Childhood Center, published 鈥溾�� in the journal Early Child Development and Care.
Interview
Catherine Golden, professor of English, discussed anti-novel hysteria in 19th-century England in an interview with the Pessimists Archive Podcast. The episode, which debuted Oct. 15, is available on and on . The interview is based upon her book 鈥淚mages of the Woman Reader in Victorian British and American Fiction鈥� (2003). Her 2017 book, 鈥淪erials to Graphic Novels: The Evolution of the Victorian Illustrated Book,鈥� came out in a paperback edition in October.
